All images, logos, text, and content on www.ieLighting.com are the property of Illuminating Expressions and may not be copied or reused without permission.
2. Product Information:
We strive to display accurate product descriptions and pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected orders. Illuminating Expressions Distribution reserves the right to modify any and all existing quotes should a tariff be applied to our imported products by the United States Trade Representative or any other Authority.
3. Ordering & Payment:
All purchases must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, ACH payments and offer quotes for design services.
4. Limitation of Liability:
Use all lighting fixtures according to local codes and manufacturer instructions. We are not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of our products or services. Any fixtures not installed by a certified electrician will not be under warranty or available for returns/ refunds.
5. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
